SHIPPING POLICY

Overview
All VIVIDLY orders are processed and shipped from within the United States. Free shipping is available on all orders over $50.
PREORDER NOTICE
VIVIDLY is currently available for preorder only. We are in our launch production phase and are not yet shipping live orders. By placing a preorder, you are reserving your VIVIDLY supply at the current price and will be among the first customers fulfilled when inventory is ready.
Estimated Ship Date: June, 2026
You will receive an email notification with your tracking information as soon as your order ships. If we experience any delay beyond our estimated ship date, we will notify you proactively via email.
Preorder customers may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before their order ships by contacting us at drinkvividly.help@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.
All other shipping terms below apply to orders once they enter active fulfillment.

Delivery time estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier volume, weather events, and your distance from our fulfillment center in Phoenix, Arizona.
02 / ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
03 / CARRIERS & TRACKING
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent. If your tracking number shows no activity after 48 hours, please contact us at drinkvividly.help@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
04 / SUBSCRIPTION ORDER SHIPPING
All active VIVIDLY subscriptions automatically qualify for free standard shipping, regardless of order total. Subscription orders process and ship on your scheduled renewal date, subject to the same 1–2 business day processing window.
If you need to update your shipping address for a subscription order, please make the change in your account at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date to ensure it applies in time.
05 / SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Additional shipping charges and extended delivery times may apply for Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not currently ship internationally. Join our email list at drinkvividly.com to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Pure noble kava dietary supplements are legal to ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx to all 50 states with no carrier restrictions.
06 / LOST, STOLEN & UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please:
- Check around your property, with neighbors, and in any secure parcel locker
- Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they physically arrive
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- If still unresolved after 48 hours, contact us at drinkvividly.help@gmail.com
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship your order or issue a full refund. VIVIDLY is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to assist.
07 / ADDRESS ERRORS & ORDER CHANGES
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at drinkvividly.help@gmail.com. We can modify shipping addresses only if the order has not yet been processed for fulfillment.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship to the corrected address — additional shipping charges may apply.
