We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on your first order of VIVIDLY. If you try VIVIDLY and don't feel a meaningful difference after 5 shots, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund your full order amount — no questions asked.
We offer this guarantee because we believe in the product completely. Kava has a phenomenon called reverse tolerance — new users may need 3–5 doses before feeling the full effect. We ask that you give it a fair try before requesting a refund, but we will never deny a legitimate refund request.
02 / ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must apply:
- The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- The item was purchased directly through drinkvividly.com (not through a third-party retailer)
- You have tried the product and are not satisfied with the results (first orders only for full refund guarantee)
- The product has not been tampered with or deliberately misused
- Your account is in good standing and not flagged for abusive return behavior
For subsequent orders (your second order and beyond), we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to fair resolution and will always work with you to find a solution.
03 / HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Requesting a refund is simple. Contact our customer support team at:

Include your order number and the reason for your request. We will respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
For perishable supplement products, we do not require you to return the product in order to receive your refund. You keep the product. We process the refund. That's it.
04 / DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will replace it or issue a full refund immediately at no cost to you — regardless of order history.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at drinkvividly.help@gmail.com and include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
05 / SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription customers may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.
To cancel a subscription, log into your account, navigate to Subscriptions, and select Cancel — or contact us at drinkvividly.help@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you immediately.
Refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will always work with you to find a fair resolution.
06 / EXCLUSIONS
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date (unless the product is damaged or defective)
- Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers not affiliated with VIVIDLY
- Customers with a documented history of abusing our refund policy across multiple orders
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of clear fraud while honoring all legitimate requests in good faith.
